Our aim at Playzeez is to provide you with a high-quality user experience. Please be aware that your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions. These conditions may be subject to change at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to check the conditions regularly before ordering from us in case there are any changes. General Info:

Playzeez is the trading name of Nonglak McFadden Ltd, 48a Liscall Road, Garvagh, Co. Londonderry / Derry, Northern Ireland, BT51 5ER. These conditions apply between you and Nonglak McFadden Ltd. The conditions do not affect the rights you may have under any relevant statutory law.

Orders Placed:

At Playzeez we reserve the right to cancel any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel any order placed by you in person, per address or per order. This may include orders placed under the same account, payment details or the same shipping/billing address. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible with the information you have provided during your order. You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notifications and billing between us.

Please be advised that we will never ask for personal details or information via email. If you are to receive an email asking you for personal information, payment information, username and passwords, please do not respond and contact us immediately at info@playzeez.com.

Personalised Orders:

We offer a 28 days returns policy for all of our customers allowing the rights of goods returned to be fully refunded to the buyer providing it is returned in the condition it left our warehouse.  For orders with personalisation, for example with a child's name added to an item of the brands clothing or backpacks, we will not be able to accept a return of these items.  Full responsibility goes to the customer when adding personalisation to any given item on our website and we cannot be held accountable for incorrect information being placed into the required fields before confirming a purchase.  By placing information into the personalisation fields you give Playzeez full permission to add the information on to the items purchased.

Use of the site:

If ordering from us, you will be required to fill in our registration form. By registering with us you agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about yourself and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment for the product/s you have ordered.

All goods that you purchase from our site will be for your own private use only and not for resale.

We are always concerned with the privacy and safety of children when they use the internet. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18 without prior verifiable consent from their legal guardian. If we learn that we have received any information from someone under the age of 18 without the

consent of their legal guardian, we will delete the information immediately from our database.

Some features on the site will require the use of a password and during the registration process you will be required to enter a username and password, please keep these safe at all times and do not allow others to know or access it. You are responsible for all actions taken under your username and password. If someone attempts to break into your account, we will contact you straight away.

Payments:

At this current moment in time we are only accepting payment via PayPal, as with all payments made on PayPal the payment is debited directly from your account at the time of order before your items are shipped. In the rare case that the item/s you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded immediately.

Payments by PayPal are subject to the PayPal User Agreement. Please refer to PayPal for all their user terms and conditions. All goods will be shipped upon confirmation of payment from PayPal.

Prices & Availability:

The prices and the availability of all the products on our site may be subject to change without any prior notice. We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute any of the information on the website without any prior notice. If we run out of stock after you have made your order, we will contact you right away. All prices are correct at the time of publishing, they include VAT at the appropriate rate and exclude any applicable shipping cost.

Discounts and Offers:

From time to time we will send out discount codes and promotional offers, these discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any sale items or offers already running on the website. We reserve the right to end any discounts or offers at any time including before the advertised end date without notice.

Product Information:

At Playzeez we strive to make sure that the information we provide is as up to date and as accurate as possible. We are constantly updating the website with new information, but this does not guarantee that all the information will be error free, we are human after all. We try to ensure that all the information is correct, however, slight variations may occur. Due to the fact that most people will view our products on a computer, phone or tablet we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on the screen will be 100% accurate due to varying screen resolutions and publishing processes. We try to give as clear an indication of colours and style as we possibly can. All measurements quoted are approximate.

Due to this being the launch of our product, the images used are final samples, these may vary slightly from the final product. Minor things have been improved to make the products better. If you do not like the updates to the products we will allow you to cancel your order within the allotted time.

We cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock all the time. We will strive to keep the inventory as up to date as possible but there may be reason as to why we are out of stock i.e. unexpected high demand.

Cancellation:

When you make a purchase online at Playzeez.com you have the legal right to cancel the contract, within reason, up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery of the goods. You are not required to give a reason for cancelling your order, but as a company we strive to make sure you are always happy, it would be greatly appreciated if you provided us with a brief explanation as to why you have cancelled the order. This will hopefully help us improve our services we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel the contract within the allotted time period, you are required to return the item/s in question to us at your own cost. You have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Any payments you have made will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned package. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value or return the item to you. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g. if goods are faulty.

If you wish to exercise the rights to cancel the contract prior to dispatch of goods, please email info@playzeez.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns information. We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days, Expedited goods sooner, please see delivery details.

This agreement and any policies posted on this site set out the relationship between you and Playzeez. The failure of Playzeez to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
