Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all our items within 1-2 working days, depending on demand from when your order has been placed. To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 11am to ensure your parcel will arrive the following Day. Returns
All returns must be made within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or replacement. All orders will come with an invoice, which will have a section displayed for stating the reason for returning any given product. We want you as our customer to be completely satisfied with our service, in order to ensure this please contact info@playzeez.com and we can advise you further with any issues you may have.
If you are personalising one of our backpacks or items of clothing, please be aware that they cannot be returned.
