Delivery and Returns

Domestic Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our items within 1-2 working days, depending on demand from when your order has been placed. To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 11am to ensure your parcel will arrive the following Day. Returns

All returns must be made within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or replacement. Beautifully made

I rarely leave product reviews, but I have to for this rucksack because it is so obvious how much care and attention has been put into its design and manufacture. The quality is beyond anything you would see in a highstreet store (even those of the more luxury kids brands), and whenever my son goes to playgroup the staff see the shark on his back and can't help but smile. (We make a joke about avoiding the teeth.) It is more spacious than the bare dimensions suggest, and the extra pockets are very useful for his water bottle, snacks, plastic bags, etc. Cannot rate highly enough. It's a shame he only needs one backpack otherwise I'd buy more!
