Domestic Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our items within 1-2 working days, depending on demand from when your order has been placed. To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 11am to ensure your parcel will arrive the following Day. Returns

All returns must be made within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or replacement. I bought this for my grandson who is an animal and tractor fanatic. I was so impressed with the quality of the backpack. Strong and very well made. Although he goes to nursery and doesn't need a school bag yet, he has to put it on as soon as he gets out of the car before he goes in. I will definitely buy another one for him.
