Delivery and Returns

Domestic Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our items within 1-2 working days, depending on demand from when your order has been placed. To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 11am to ensure your parcel will arrive the following Day. Returns

All returns must be made within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or replacement. I have bought a number of these children's backpacks now as baby presents and for my grandchildren. They are of the highest quality and I would highly recommend them. The only problem each time is deciding which character to buy! I know Aurora the Unicorn is very popular so I'm glad one of the kids now have one.
